Executive Assistant to the Bursar

 

Start date 1 September 2025

 

3 days per week (7.5 hours per day) during term-time + 12 additional days during school holiday periods (Hours of work / days of work flexible)

This role is working on site

 

Salary £16,756 per annum  (FTE £29,247)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Executive Assistant to provide a range of high-quality executive and administrative support to the Bursar and Clerk to the Governors, ensuring efficient governance and coordination.  

The role requires a highly organised individual with excellent time-management and inter-personal skills.  Previous experience of being a PA at Director level would be advantageous, Experience supporting Boards / Non-Executive Directors, ideally in a school or educational setting (desirable) and educated to A-Level or equivalent.
